Before a property is listed on our website, we make reasonable efforts to confirm basic details directly with the owner or authorized party — including ownership claim, property type, and stated specifications. This is a good-faith verification process, not a substitute for a buyer's or tenant's own independent legal due diligence.
Ownership representation by the lister, consistency of stated specifications (area, configuration, floor) with what's shown during a site visit, and that the property is genuinely available at the time of listing.
Legal title and encumbrance history, building plan approvals, outstanding dues, and any documentation required for registration — we recommend independent legal verification for significant transactions. See our Property Verification Guide.
If you believe a listing is inaccurate or no longer available, please contact us and we'll review it promptly.
